You chose to die

You went down towards the fire

Felt the burn and jumped in

You said goodbye

To all the people standing there cryin

For your heart and your mind

You chose to die

And now your gone

At least the good parts that we want

You don’t know why no one’ll talk to you

You said “days like these

Make me wish I had never died

But here I am so here I’ll lie”

Cause if you wanted to be alive

By God, you’d be alive

There was nothing stopping you then from what you want

And now you see

The affects of what you chose to be

To be alone is to be on fire and die.
